SayLa Yoga

Move, Breathe and
Connect in Community

Group of people practicing yoga outdoors during sunset, standing on yoga mats with arms raised, in a grassy park area surrounded by trees and houses.

The name "SayLa" is a purposeful twist on the correctly spelled Selah, reminding us that we are imperfectly perfect when we pause intentionally.

Yoga helps us embrace our flaws—both in ourselves and others—and challenges us to pause, breathe, and be the change we seek, beginning with ourselves.

There’s no better time or place to start yoga than right here and now.
