  • Yoga for KIDS!

    Saturdays at 8:30 am, July 11 - August 22. 

    • Cost and more here. Three things are needed to start!

    The class will include yoga movement, breath work, snack meditation, a story and play at the playground or inside pending heat/rain.

    At the end of the series, kids will have a foundation of breath and yoga movement to carry with them into the new school year! And a community of yoga friends!

  • Yoga Outside for Adults

    Sundays at 11am, May 31 – Sept. 6

    Mt. Vernon Park Association in Hollin Hall is doing a weekly Sunday morning yoga class in the pavilion with fans, a bit of outside! I will teach biweekly. It is open to MVPA members (or guests of members)

    Class will be $20 for members and $25 for non-members with entrance fee.

The name "SayLa" is a purposeful twist on the correctly spelled Selah, reminding us that we are imperfectly perfect when we pause intentionally.

Yoga helps us embrace our flaws—both in ourselves and others—and challenges us to pause, breathe, and be the change we seek, beginning with ourselves.

There’s no better time or place to start yoga than right here and now.
